RV Prime Care provides professional mobile RV diagnostics, maintenance, and repair throughout Southwest Florida. Our pricing is designed to be clear and easy to understand. Because every RV and every repair is different, final repair costs are determined after the system is properly inspected and diagnosed.
Mobile Service & Diagnostic Rates
Mobile Service Call
$99
The mobile service-call fee covers dispatch and travel to the customer within our standard service area. Diagnostic and repair labor are billed separately.
Diagnostic & Repair Labor
$150 / hour
Professional troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, disassembly, adjustments, repair, replacement, and other technical labor are billed based on the time required.
Parts, materials, specialty equipment, additional travel, and other applicable charges are additional when required.
Travel & After-Hours Service
RV Prime Care is based in Fort Myers and serves Fort Myers and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.
Our standard $99 mobile service-call fee applies within our standard service area. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside the standard service area and will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
After-hours and emergency appointments may be available depending on technician availability. Any additional after-hours or emergency charges will be disclosed before dispatch.

Parts & Materials
Replacement parts, repair materials, sealants, hardware, and other job-specific materials are additional unless specifically included in a written estimate.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Customer-supplied parts may be installed when appropriate, but RV Prime Care cannot guarantee the condition, compatibility, quality, or manufacturer warranty of parts supplied by the customer.
Payment
Credit cards, debit cards, and supported mobile/contactless payments are accepted.
Credit Card Processing

A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Checks are not accepted.

We test the system and identify the most likely cause of the problem.
We explain our findings, recommended repair, expected parts, labor, and applicable costs.
No additional repair work begins until the customer approves the recommended work.
Our diagnostic-first approach helps avoid unnecessary parts replacement and gives customers the opportunity to make an informed decision before additional repair work begins.
