Smith Celestin
Registered RVÂ Technician
RV Prime Care is operated by Smith Celestin, a Registered RV Technician trained through the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA). Smith also completed formal education in Electrical Technology and brings approximately 15 years of hands-on electrical experience, providing a strong technical foundation for troubleshooting RV 12V and 120V electrical systems, air conditioning, controls, appliances, and other RV systems. His background combines technical education, field experience, and ongoing RV-specific training. At RV Prime Care, our approach is to diagnose first—not simply replace parts. We use systematic testing to identify the source of the problem before recommending the appropriate repair.

When applicable, RV Prime Care can review available manufacturer warranty or service-contract information before recommending major component replacement. Final coverage and authorization are determined by the applicable warranty or service-contract provider. For insurance-related repairs, RV Prime Care can provide factual diagnostic findings, photos, estimates, invoices, and repair documentation for the customer’s records.
